Personally, I am not a Cauliflower connoisseur, however I was lucky enough to spend some time with my best friend creating this dish of hers 🙂 Although I was slightly skeptical in the beginning, I now have a great new side dish for you all! Kids and adults alike will find this undeniably delicious. So let’s get it started! You will need:
-1 Head of Cauliflower
-2 Tbsp. EVOO + extra to coat cauliflower
-2 Tbsp. Honey (Substitute Agave to make this “Vegan”)
-1 Whole Lime
-½ Tbsp. Sriracha
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat cauliflower with extra EVOO (eyeball it), and spread evenly onto a cookie sheet 🙂
Place in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring in between, you will want it to look slightly charred and crispy at the end 🙂
Now mix together your juice from a whole lime, 2 Tbsp. EVOO, ½ Tbsp. Sriracha and 2 Tbsp. Honey/Agave. Stir and feel free to adjust the mixture if you want it spicier or sweeter 🙂
Finally, coat your cauliflower with the mixture and top with chopped green onions! Done in a matter of minutes. A simple and cheap side dish that your family will devour! Try it out and let me know what you think, what would you add to spice up this dish? Thank you for following and don’t forget to have a glass of wine while cooking 😉
