Garlic Creamed Spinach (Vegan)

Are you feeling a little sleepy? Tired? Maybe your Iron intake is on the low side and you need a bit of a boost! My go to has always been Creamed Spinach πŸ™‚ My mother used to make it as a side dish for dinner all the time. Now I actually make it for my dinner entree! So here we go, easy organic spinach that will knock you off your feet! Gather these following ingredients:

  • 1/2 bag (8 oz.) of Organic Chopped Spinach
  • 1 c. Almond Milk or Soy Milk (Original, non-flavored)
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper


To begin, place your Margarine in a large pot over medium heat. When it has melted add in your Spinach and Milk then cover it with a lid for 5 minutes, stirring in between. Add in your Garlic Salt and Black Pepper, and stir πŸ™‚


When everything has softened nicely, slowly sprinkle your Flour over top. Feel free to add more Flour if the texture is too soupy for you πŸ™‚ Serve hot and enjoy! A yummy and nutrient filled meal that will have you coming back for more πŸ™‚ Thanks for following, let me know what you think!
