Savory Sesame Salad (Vegan)

Getting tired of your homemade salads? Spice it up with these tantalizing toppings! You will be happily surprised at how filling and cheap this salad can be 🙂 You’ll need the following ingredients.

-2-3 Cups of Greens (I prefer Romaine and Arugula)

-¼ c. Wonton Strips

-¼ c. Carrot Strips

-½ c. Soyaki Prepared Tofu

-½ c. Soycatash Mixture

-2 Tbsp. Panera Asian Sesame Dressing

-1 Tsp. Sesame Seeds

Make sure you sauté your Soycatash until slightly charred 🙂 Now warm up your Soyaki Tofu, I typically make it ahead of time so I can simply heat it and throw it in! To make your Tofu, drain the block for 15-20 minutes, sauté in cast iron skillet with EVOO until golden brown. Add in 2 Tbsp. Soyaki from Trader Joes, then place in the oven for 15 minutes on 425 degrees 🙂

Now its time to mix it up! Mix in all of your ingredients and stir! Serve immediately and prepare to be amazed 🙂 Let me know what you think and thanks for following!
